1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our website (obscuur.io), purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

OBSCUUR Records provides a platform for purchasing digital and physical music products, including but not limited to:
•Digital Products: Music sample packs, online masterclasses, and other digital downloads.
•Physical Products: Vinyl records, merchandise, and other physical goods.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information, including your password, and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Purchases and Payments
When you make a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We accept payment via PayPal and credit card. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any foreign transaction fees or other charges your bank may impose.
5. Digital Product Licensing
When you purchase a digital product from OBSCUUR Records, such as a sample pack, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the sounds in your own music productions. This license allows you to use the samples in commercial and non-commercial projects.
However, you are strictly prohibited from:
•Reselling, relicensing, or redistributing the samples in their original or modified form.
•Using the samples to create a competing sample pack or sound library.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of OBSCUUR Records or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The OBSCUUR Records name and logo are trademarks of OBSCUUR Records and may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair our website. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services or to any other user’s account.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OBSCUUR Records shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
•Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
•Any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
•Any content obtained from the services.
•Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
