After two sold-out editions, OBSCUUR returns to Toekomstmuziek for another night during Amsterdam Dance Event. This year we're doing things differently with a double program across two nights, and Friday October 24th is all about hard house, trance, and UKG.
The Lineup
We've put together a solid lineup that spans the harder side of dance music.
Jim Jonathan: A rising star in the Amsterdam scene, weaving intricate and emotional soundscapes. Kling und Klang are the German trance duo making serious waves right now - their rise has been rapid and well-deserved. From Paris, Prauze brings that distinct French touch to the harder sounds.
AMON is flying in from Germany and he's not coming alone - he's bringing Fronsi, a German rapper, for a live performance that's going to be something special. Rounding out the night is Jessie Dols, one of the most promising Dutch artists on the scene right now.
The Venue
Toekomstmuziek has become our Amsterdam home for good reason. The sound system is dialed in perfectly, and the intimate setting creates the right atmosphere for the music we're championing. It's not about being the biggest room in the city during ADE - it's about being the right room.
Amsterdam Dance Event
ADE transforms Amsterdam into the center of the electronic music world for five days. With over 1,000 events across 200+ venues, there's no shortage of options. But if you're looking for hard house, trance, and UKG done right, this is where you want to be on Friday night.
The night runs from 23:00 to 07:00, giving us eight hours to properly showcase these sounds.
