Gimme A Kiss: Kleinefrigo and JUCY team up on OBSCUUR
Gimme A Kiss is the first collaboration between Belgian producers Kleinefrigo and JUCY, released on OBSCUUR Records on 5 December 2025. It is a three-track release that sits between nostalgia and forward momentum, mixing trance, house, lo-fi textures and club-ready energy. The tracks are Gimme A Kiss, Wandering Nights and Don’t You Think About It. Stream or buy it on the release page.
Who are Kleinefrigo and JUCY?
Both producers come from Belgium. They met creatively through 32Jumpstreet, a project curated by Mirage, and this release grew out of that connection. JUCY is a co-founder of the TRANSITION collective in Brussels and a member of 32Jumpstreet. His style is euphoric and rave-influenced, shaped by years of community building.
What is on the Gimme A Kiss tracklist?
- Gimme A Kiss (4:24) opens the release with a moody, hypnotic tone. Brooding basslines carry it, with subtle acid inflections.
- Wandering Nights (4:31) is more propulsive and melancholic. Lo-fi warmth meets driving percussion.
- Don’t You Think About It (3:39) is the designated focus track. It brings euphoric lead melodies and a high-impact structure, with the raw edges that define both producers’ sound.
The order works as a journey. It starts in the dark, moves into the grey hours, then ends on the lift.
Why does it matter for the Belgian underground?
Belgium’s underground scene is in full motion, and this release lands right in it. Two producers with different routes into the same sound have put their names on one record. It reads as a natural step for both of them rather than a one-off crossover.
The label has worked with a wide run of artists this year, from hard house to dreamy trance. Gimme A Kiss adds a Belgian chapter to that story.
Gimme A Kiss is out now on OBSCUUR, and the full release is on its page.
